Cavity Wall Insulation
- Reduces heat loss by up to 33%
- Helps to lower energy bills
- Lowers carbon emissions from a property
Our cutting-edge EPS Bonded Beads are utilized to insulate the cavity walls of your home. The greatest amount of heat is lost through the walls of a house, making cavity wall insulation a worthwhile investment. By opting for this insulation solution, you can considerably minimize heat loss from your property. This not only keeps your home comfortably warm but also reduces energy consumption, in addition to addressing any condensation concerns.
Moreover, installing cavity wall insulation can lead to substantial savings on your heating expenses, as it conserves the energy that would otherwise be lost through the walls. It also helps to decrease your carbon footprint by limiting the amount of CO² and other greenhouse gases released into the environment from your property.>
What To Expect
The installation process is as hassle-free as possible and takes just a couple of hours for the average property to have cavity wall insulation fitted.
- One of our friendly surveyors will visit your property to do a thorough survey and advise of any grant funding you may be entitled to.
- On the day of installation, all loose items around the exterior of the property will be moved or secured. Plant growth will be restrained or cutback if necessary.
- Each elevation of the property will have a specific pattern of small holes drilled into it, roughly the size of a £1 coin, in compliance with BBA and KIWA specifications.
- Insulation from our specially equipped vans will be blown via a hose through the holes into the cavity.
- All drilled holes are filled and made good, the site is cleaned and items are returned to their original places.
- Final inspection is made before your 25 year guarantee is issued to arrive in the post.
- You enjoy lower heating bills and a cosier home.

Loft Roll
Loft Insulation
- Dramatically improves thermal efficiency
- Reduces heat loss by up to 25%
- Helps to lower energy bills
If you haven’t replaced your loft insulation in the past five years, it may no longer be performing as it tends to shrink over time and permit air to pass through. This could result in a loss of 25% of your home’s heat through the roof.
However, if your loft is currently without any insulation and you install the recommended depth of 270mm to 300mm of quilted insulation material, you could save around £240(*for a detached house, according to the Energy Saving Trust) annually on your heating expenses.
What To Expect
The installation process is designed to be as hasslefree for you as possible and takes just a couple of hours for the average property to have loft insulation fitted.
- One of our friendly surveyors will visit your property to do a thorough survey which will include measuring the loft space, checking ventilation and assessing risks.
- The surveyor will tell you the cost to insulate your loft to the recommended depth of 270mm, including any grant funding (non-repayable) that you qualify for.
- Our office team will arrange a convenient time for the work to be carried out by one of our installation crews.
- On the day of installation, the technicians (usually 2 people) will professionally fi t the loft insulation to a depth of 270mm. Typically the insulation is laid between the joists and then cross-laid over the top.
- Any water tanks and pipes situated in the loft space will also be insulated, as well as the loft hatch itself.
- Adequate ventilation within the loft will be ensured.
- Optional extras such as loft boarding and lighting can also be installed. Your surveyor will ask you whether you require these during the survey stage.
- On completion of the work, the crew will show you the finished work (if you choose to access the loft area, some customers prefer not to) and tidy up.
- Payment, if due, should be made to the office on completion of the work.
- If you are entitled to a grant to fully or partially cover the cost of the loft insulation, the office will complete the necessary paperwork on your behalf (we may need some additional information from you which the surveyor will take copies of during the survey).
